Love and Relationships: Q&A: How do I fix it?...

Finally a question from E.Q. about love and how to fix a relationship when you're the one who caused trouble.

A: I think at some point all relationships will have their combination of ups and downs. But when this frequently occurs, then the relationship may not be healthy for both individuals and ultimately those who you share your dilemmas with as well. First ask yourself if the emotional roller-coaster is worth it, and if you say yes and truly believe that, then fight for it. If your answer is no then be wise and part ways on as much of a positive note as possible.

Tips to rekindle a relationship going down the slopes:

1. Give them more attention. Get off the internet, phone, facebook and twitter. When they are present they should have your full attention. But don’t be worrisome; find a good balance so no one ends up annoyed.

2. Gain their trust again by conversing and having more open discussions where blame and pettiness aren’t present. Prove your worthiness through direct dialect, open up, and share your feelings, apprehensions, and ideas for the future with your mate.

3. Keep them pleased in the bedroom with new ways of satisfying them—be adventurous and never be afraid to try something new.

4. Last but not least, be loyal, honest, and keep it real at all times. After all, loyalty is royalty.
